With social distancing regulations in place, more and more home buyers are doing the majority of their searching and browsing online. That means the virtual presence of your listing could not be more crucial. If your online listing does not attract potential buyers within a couple clicks, they have already moved on. In order to increase online traffic, your photos need to speak for themselves. That is where staging comes in.

We know it is hard for potential buyers to visualize themselves living in a home when it is empty and stripped of any human elements. Furthermore, it is even harder for buyers to visualize themselves living in a home when all they have to work off of are photos of empty rooms. A well-staged home makes all the difference in attracting people online and helping buyers visualize themselves in a space.

Staging is typically done in isolation and involves limited contact with the public. However, moving forward the staging company you choose should take the social distancing requirements and restrict in-person interactions even further. Our staging company is taking the necessary precautions to limit our exposure to other people and will continue operating only in ways that do not put our team or others at risk. For realtors and homeowners currently needing or interested in our services – we are still able to communicate via phone or email and can schedule a time to come see your listing without you being there. The same holds true for the two major parts of this work: Staging install and De-Staging. Let us know what you need, and we will make it happen.

We want to say a huge THANK YOU for your continued support during this difficult time. Because of you, our business is still operating. We are still staging vacant homes, safely according to new regulations and with style.

We will continue to find ways to support one another and strengthen this vibrant community. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns. Be safe and stay healthy out there.
