Individual Coaching

About Individual Coaching

Frequently, the greatest challenge my busy and successful clients must face is taking time for themselves.

Like you, they are often deeply committed and extremely busy people. So why add one more thing?

Coaching, when the client is fully engaged, will strengthen every area of your life, allow you to let go of anything that is not working to make you more successful, and will give you great clarity about where your time is to be spent.

So, adding coaching is not "one more thing"; it is a valuable investment in yourself that will make the difference in how the rest of every day looks and feels.

How Individual Coaching Works

Individual coaching is delivered in person or on the phone.

Scheduled meetings or calls last from 45 minutes to one hour each, three times per month. If changes are absolutely necessary, please reschedule your meeting or call within 24 hours. If you have an emergency, I am flexible. If you cancel a session, we will reschedule so that you have your three meetings or calls per month. Any meetings or calls not used cannot be carried over into the next month or "saved". There is a flat monthly fee for these coaching sessions. In-person meetings are charged at a higher rate than phone conferences.

This fee includes all assessment tools and materials. You may also email anytime or call me. There is no extra charge for these additional emails or brief calls.

Initially, a three-month commitment is required for me to enter into an individual coaching relationship with a client. Shifts often take time to recognize. Commitment is essential to making lasting changes in your life.

I offer a complimentary coaching session so that you can decide if this can become a powerful way for you to reach your next level of success. Please contact me to schedule a session.

How Coaching is Customized

Each coaching session is as unique as the client. While the basic tenets of coaching such as clear communication, honesty, willingness to work on goals and a great rapport apply to each session, clients may also benefit from the use of assessment tools, worksheets, referrals, and recommended business publications and books.

Client and coach work together to ascertain what is the best use of time and money for the client and then implement the tools that are most effective. Many clients work best in conversation and verbalizing their ideas. Others enjoy working from checklists which are specifically related to topics of their interest.

Among the resources available to me are over 500 forms and worksheets through Coach University, exclusively available to the University's students and grads, as well as their clients.

As a seasoned business person, I am a resource for professional partnerships which will enhance the client's business or interpersonal relationships. I have carefully reviewed and screened these associates and, while I cannot guarantee their product or service, I endorse them by offering them as a resource to my clients.
