   “Does this make me look BIG?  How not to play small in the world”

    In this world of grading and comparing, often as women we don’t want to look BIG.   And so we play small.  In this humorous and impactful message, Vicky reminds us that playing ourselves is the best way to play BIG in the world.

    Our culture has adopted the phrase “BFF” Best Friend Forever!! We’re all supposed to have one and be one.  But sometimes life has other plans.  Vicky discusses how to identify a BFF that will NEVER leave you, NEVER abandon you and how to find this most amazing person.

       Vicky is Past President of the NW Coaches Association and presented the timely topic of the NEW secret.  We’ve been told that The Secret of success is attraction. Vicky believes the Newest Secret is the magic of pragmatism. Times are challenging and coaching clients and working successfully with them is more important than ever. But getting clients, keeping clients, and partnering with clients for their success is challenging – especially in today’s times. She shared three ways we can handle the challenges of 2009 and create our own successful coaching business.
